I’m a PSW too and have looked for blogs to just well….unwind on and compare notes.I’ve been a psw for 10 yrs. and some days I feel like this is my last year at this. Some days! It’s not the seniors I look after, it’s the management and the lack of respect from some of the registered staff, kinda like they look down on you because you don’t have the education they have. But I love what I do and am proud to put on my uniform and head to work. I think I will keep an eye on this site to see if anything informative or interesting pops up.
